Feel Better Health Challenge

The path to wellness is paved with healthy habits, chosen daily. Earn points by tracking those positive decisions, while challenging yourself to increase and maintain the healthy habits that make up a healthy you!

Grab a buddy, a spouse, or compete against our other patients to win YOUR CHOICE of 60 minute massage or an Inch Loss Laser Treatment! Have fun and good luck!!!

  • Sleep 7hrs in a night! (1 point)
  • Do something physical that you enjoy (1 point per day)
  • Workout! (30 mins minimum) (1 point per day, 5 max per week)
  • Stretching (20-30 minutes) (1 point per day)
  • Get Adjusted (1 point)
  • Get a massage (1 point)
  • Take your Plexus, probiotics and/or vitamins and supplements (to learn more about or to order Plexus, contact Amy) (1 point per day)
  • Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day (1 point per day)
  • Drink 64oz of water a day (1 point per day)
  • Eliminate caffeine for a day (1 point per day)
  • Eat gluten free and/or organic whole grains only (NO REFINED FLOURS) (1 point per day)
  • Eliminate processed and added sugars (naturally occurring sugars such as in fruit are OK) (1 point per day)
  • Engage in a stress relieving activity for 30 min (anything that helps you to relax: deep breathing, meditating, mindfulness, journaling, reading, listening to soothing music, or sipping your favorite tea, self-massage, yoga, or aromatherapy, NO T.V.)
  • Eliminate T.V. (1 point)

Earn 3 extra points by achieving weekly challenges

Complete the office friendly lunch break challenge (see below)

Do 75 pushups throughout the week

Do 100 squats throughout the week

Run or walk 10 miles during the week

Gain more than 500 feet in elevation

Complete a 5K

Actively participate on our Facebook Page (comment on a post or post about your progress)


At the start of the challenge each participant will create a personal goal.  The goal can be something that you will work on throughout the challenge, or something you will train for and be able to achieve at the end of the challenge.

Each person who successfully completes their final challenge will receive 10 BONUS POINTS!

Examples: Do a pull-up, run a half marathon, lose 5 lbs., completely eliminate processed sugars, soy, gluten and/or dairy from the diet, 50 push-ups in a row, lift x amount, complete a certain task without pain, begin a new active hobby such as learn yoga
